Wholesale Inquiries

We partner with independent pet boutiques, groomers, and specialty retailers who share our love for quality, well-made pet accessories.

If you’re interested in carrying our enamel dog tags in your store, please review the wholesale terms below and submit an application for approval.

Wholesale Requirements

• Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers only

• A valid resale certificate is required. Once approved, you’ll receive a login to place orders online.

• We do not currently offer wholesale to individuals or resellers on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Temu, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, Chewy, etc.)

Pricing & Minimums

• Wholesale pricing (keystone pricing)

• Minimum opening order 16 tags

• Minimum reorder 8 tags
  

Ordering

• All wholesale orders are placed through our website

• Wholesale access is granted after application approval

• Payment is required at time of order (Net terms are not offered at this time)

Production & Fulfillment

• Our products are made in small batches of hundreds.

• Insert Card, Hang Bag with Euro Hole and Barcodes Included

• Standard turnaround time: 10-15 business days for small orders

• Bulk or custom orders may require additional production time up to 10-50 business days depending on what's in stock.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

• Orders ship from the United States

• Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays

Returns & Exchanges

• All wholesale orders are final sale

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders

• Defective items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or credit.

Exclusivity

• We do not offer territory exclusivity at this time
