Return Policy                                                                                                                                  Due to custom personalization we have a no return policy, all sales are final. All orders are custom made and we can not resell returned items. 

 

Product issues
We want you to be happy with your purchase, any defective products or mistakes made on our part with your order we will gladly make right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
In the event that we have made a mistake with your order and you do not want a replacement we will issue a refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method usually within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
